Whether it's an endurance lap on the treadmill, the elliptical trainer, the rowing machine or a game of table tennis, because together it's even more fun!

End the day calmly, relax your muscles and strengthen your immune system in our rustic hut sauna:

In winter, open from Sunday from 6.00 pm to 9.00 pm and from Monday to Friday from 4.00 pm to 8.00 pm. (Open on request  in summer)

There is nothing more wonderful than a dip in cool water. All natural, without chemicals and frills.

Then off the natural swimming pond embedded in our garden between Rosenhof and Birkenhof. D a lap in the bathing pond with a delimited swimming area of 6 x 14 m.
