OUR GTCS AND OTHER REGULATIONS

The following terms and conditions and the cancellation conditions are apply - GTC Rosenhof & Birkenhof

 Our conditions in case of cancellation are valid after a written cancellation::

- up to 42 days before arrival will be no cancellation fee calculated.
-  41 days to 31 days before arrival will be 40% of the total amount calculated.
- 30 days to 14 days before arrival will be 70% of the total amount calculated.
- 13 days to arrival date will be 90% of the total amount calculated.
In case of a no-show or if there was no written cancellation made, 100% of the total amount has to be payed immediately from the planed arrival date via bank transfer.

Sollte es aufgrund der Covid-19 Pandemie zu behördlichen Grenz- oder Hotel-Schließung kommen, die während deines gebuchten Urlaubszeitraums verordnet wurde, ist eine kurzfristige, kostenlose Stornierung natürlich möglich!

In event of an official border or hotel closure that was ordered during your vacation period because of the Covid-19 pandemic, a short-term, free cancellation is possible anyway.
