A delight in every season.
This spring and autumn, we planted several trees and extended and renovated fences, perfectly complementing and enclosing the area around the Rosenhof and Birkenhof.
In summer, our guests are not the only ones who feel at easy by the pond, relaxing and dreaming of their next summit. Dragonflies, birds, frogs, and other creatures also love the cool water. Our youngest guests enjoy the playground nestled among the shady trees.
In winter, when the garden is blanketed in glistering white snow and those seeking relaxation cool off on the terrace after a sauna, the crisp winter air and restorative evening tranquility provide the energy boost for the next day's adventures in the mountains.

Our earth is a unique asset... we strive to contribute to its preservation.
By purchasing regional products and working with regional companies, we want to keep delivery routes as short as possible and support Tyrolean companies. The 2 charging stations for electric cars are innovative and accessible to everyone. Our 2 photovoltaic systems with 42 kWp in the Rosenhof and Birkenhof with battery storage and intelligent Solar Edge distributor and amplifier are standing for green energy in the house.
